Shipping costs
Free shipping is offered on all UK orders. Currently I only offer UK shipping through this website.
Delivery times
If you need your order for a special occasion or a certain date please let me know by email on info@bluebelllove.com and I will always see if I can make it happen!
I aim to send all orders out within 3-5 working days of receipt. However at busy times it can take me a little bit longer.
Orders are sent by second class delivery with the Royal Mail and should reach you in 1-3 days from dispatch (not guaranteed). Cushions are sent by "Recorded Delivery" with the Royal Mail and will require a signature. They should take 1-3 days from dispatch (not guaranteed) to reach you. Tracking numbers for cushions are available upon request. If you require next day delivery this may be possible but you will need to order by email. Next day delivery will be charged at a flat rate of £7.95, UK only. Not possible for Saturday delivery.
Made to order
Products are designed, hand cut, prepared and sewn so delivery may take 2-3 weeks. Please contact us at info@bluebelllove.com prior to ordering if you require your order for a special occasion and I will see what I can do.
Items lost in transit
Orders sent via Royal Mail delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. I am therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date.
Returns
I hope that you are over the moon with your purchase, however I understand that there might be times you want to return something. If you are not completely satisfied please send your return to me within 30 days of purchase, with tag attached where applicable and unused, and I will be happy to issue a refund, exchange or repair.
I can only refund delivery costs where an item is faulty or an error has been made on my part. I recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as I can not be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to me.

If you are returning an item you have bought from my shop and you wish to exchange it then a postage charge will be applicable unless the item was faulty. If there is a price difference you will need to contact me in order to pay the difference or for me to refund this to you. Any queries can be addressed to info@bluebelllove.com.
Personalised products:
Due to the personalised nature of my goods I am unable to offer refunds if the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind. If you have made an error we cannot re-work the item or re-use it and therefore cannot offer a refund or credit.
If the item is defective or I have made an error I will gladly either refund or replace the item. Please notify me as soon as possible upon receipt of delivery at email info@bluebelllove.com.
