Delivery and Returns
How much is delivery?
P&P is £3.00 on all UK orders. Your goodies are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard.
Currently I only offer UK delivery through this website.
How long does my order take to deliver?
I aim to send all orders out within 3-5 working days of receipt. However at busy times it can take me a little bit longer. Orders are sent by Tracked 48 delivery with the Royal Mail and should reach you in 1-3 days from dispatch (not guaranteed). If you require next day delivery this may be possible but you will need to order by email. Next day delivery will be charged at a flat rate of £8.00, UK only. Not possible for Saturday delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?
I’m sorry, I can’t currently ship outside of the UK.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
Orders sent via Royal Mail delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. I am therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date.
What is your return policy?
I hope that you are over the moon with your purchase, however I understand that there might be times you want to return something. If you are not completely satisfied please send your return to me within 30 days of purchase, with tag attached where applicable and unused, and I will be happy to issue a refund, exchange or repair.
I can only refund delivery costs where an item is faulty or an error has been made on my part. I recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as I can not be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to me.

If you are returning an item you have bought from my shop and you wish to exchange it then a postage charge will be applicable unless the item was faulty. If there is a price difference you will need to contact me in order to pay the difference or for me to refund this to you. Any queries can be addressed to info@bluebelllove.com.
