Delivery and Returns
How much is delivery?
UK (excluding Northern Ireland): Delivery is £3.00 on all UK orders. Your goodies are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. A tracking number will be provided when your order is dispatched.
USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: Delivery is £12. Your goodies are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. A tracking number will be provided when your order is dispatched.
I’m so sorry, but I’m only able to deliver to these countries at the moment. Thank you so much for understanding!
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes (including VAT) that may apply once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Bluebell Love is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or any fees imposed by customs in your country.

How long does my order take to deliver?
I aim to send all orders out within 3–5 working days of receipt. However, at busy times it may take a little longer.
UK Orders: Sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and should reach you in 1–3 days from dispatch (not guaranteed). If you require next-day delivery, this may be possible, but you will need to order by email. Next-day delivery is charged at a flat rate of £8.00 (UK only) and is not available for Saturday delivery.
International Orders: Sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and usually take 6–7 working days to reach you. However, at busy times or due to customs delays, it can take 2–3 weeks.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods, such as Christmas or public holidays.
How are your goodies packaged?
I use eco-friendly materials wherever possible, and all packaging is completely plastic-free.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, I am only able to deliver most items to the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
I’m terribly sorry, but I can only offer delivery of lavender bags and wheat hand warmers to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Thank you so much for understanding!
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
Orders sent via Royal Mail delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost or missing by Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. I am therefore unable to resend or refund orders lost in transit until this period has passed.
What is your return policy?
I hope you are over the moon with your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, please send your return to me within 30 days of purchase, with packaging and tags attached (where applicable) and unused, and I will be happy to issue a refund, exchange, or repair.
I can only refund delivery costs if an item is faulty or if I’ve made an error.
I recommend using a tracked delivery service or retaining proof of posting, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
